🔐 Privacy Policy

The Caffeine Tracker app respects your privacy. We do not collect or share any personal data.

📊 Data We Process

• In-app data: Everything you enter (such as your caffeine intake or profile settings) is stored locally on your own device.
• Apple Health: On iOS, you can optionally grant permission to write caffeine intake to Apple Health and read sleep data from Apple Health for sleep and caffeine insights.
• No tracking: We use no third-party trackers or analytics services.
• No account required: You don’t need to create an account to use the app.
• No data sharing: None of your app data is shared with our servers or third parties. Only if you explicitly enable Apple Health are the selected data exchanged with Apple Health through HealthKit on your device.

❤️ Apple Health

Apple Health integration is completely optional. The app only asks for Health permission when you use this feature. You can revoke permission at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings. Caffeine Tracker continues to work without Apple Health.

📤 Data Sharing

We do not share any personal data with third parties (in fact, we don’t even have it). Apple Health data is not sent to us and cannot be accessed by us.

🔒 Security

All data remains local on your device. When you delete the app, your app data is erased unless you’ve made a backup yourself. Data previously written to Apple Health is managed separately in Apple Health.

👶 Age

The app is intended for users 16 years and older.

⚖ Your Rights

You have the right to know what data we process and to have it deleted. Since we don’t collect or store any personal data on our servers, we generally cannot access or modify any data.
